When users insert their SD card, the OTDR can not read it correctly or users can not write sor files to the SD card. To solve the bug, please upgrade your OTDR by the
upgrade package.
* The bug only comes with OTDRs manufactured before 30 April, 2025
1. unzip the upgrade package.
2. copy and past it to the root of your SD card
3. click "upgrade" in OTDR
